Project Overview

Our extensive collaboration with the engineering team at Mixcloud included building the web and mobile applications, as well as third party integrations to Sonos and an embeddable widget. Some of the complex features we have been involved in are building a news feed, a recommendation system as well as a fingerprinting system for the audio catalogue. One of Mixcloud's distinguishing features is an emphasis on legal compliance and fair compensation for artists. We worked together on implementation and hosting of streaming service with 12M monthly active users.
